We love all dumplings! Pierogi is definitely a favorite. Soft supple dough filled with yummy goodness. We offer potatoe & cheddar, just potatoe, sauerkraut and from time to time we will mix it up with seasonal veggies. So simple to prepare and lots of ways to eat them. We recommend boiling them and then tossing them in a hot pan with a little butter and brown them up nice and crisp. A little sour cream, applesauce oh the pairings are endless.
