Tortelloni & Tortellini are traditional pastas in the Bologna - Modena regions of Italy and served in broth or smothered in your favorite sauce. The real difference between Tortelloni & Tortellini is their size and fillings. Tortelloni are larger and filled with a cheese or veggie mixture. Tortellini are smaller and filled with a meat mixture.
To make these little handmade gems it starts with my scratch made fresh pasta hand rolled to the perfect thinness, measured and cut to the correct size and then filled, hand folded and shaped. These yummy pockets are a labor of love and take most of an entire day to make 100’s of them.
Great for an entree at lunch, dinner or add them to soups.
